os is NOT 2 billion. as of last monday, it was 2.38 bill. since that time, about another 80 mil came into the float. that would make 2.42 bil. that is essentially tapped out. 80 mil shares at .0003 is nothing. it's like $24k. you can't do anything with $24k.
