Why would Hanks recently increase the A/S to 5 Billion if there weren't going to be more shares coming to the market.

Since 04/06/2016 Hanks has increased the A/S from 200,000 to 5 Billion. That is massive dilution - in a year the A/S was 200,000 and now the O/S is 2.5+ Billion.
