Has to pass minimum bid test of .01 for at least 30 days straight. Was hoping we would've held it during the consolidation as we'd be well on our way, but we're in good shape regardless IMO.
Also need the financials to be audited, depends on speed of auditor. Will have to make a registered offering with the SEC. That's pretty much what we need.
I suspect with what has been found in DD that an uplist to a major exchange such as NASDAQ is the ultimate goal.. they need to spend 1 year on the otc before that can happen.. so i think we will see OTCQB and higher this year.. QB soon soon
