#33263 RE: Edge83 #33262

Edge GWA There is no red flags. Hard to believe its selling off now. Might be the Sheridan family that once owned about 10% and has been selling periodically since Pat died.

On the upside. Couple points you might have missed. The ore sorter is going to be a big deal and surprise the market what it will do for Gowest. I met the specialist from Sacre Davey at PDAC. By coincidence, they were in the Gowest booth while I was there. They said, there is now a waiting list in the Timmins area for the sorters. 11 more on the way and Gowest being the first, might be a show and tell location for them.

For Gowest its going to double the head grade to 10 - 15gpt for $1/ton cost which will allow more oz from the bulk sample, greater production later for less OPEX & CAPEX. Market not seeing this now.

Pre feas AISC less than $900 Probably nobody believing this either.

Sorter In action Check the 4 minute mark.

Another big point is the size of their property. They have 120 km of contiguous rock with 17 other known targets with signatures like the current Bradshaw resource. Just been no money to follow up last 5 years. Pretty sure the'll be plugging away soon as cash starts coming in from the bulk sample.

Financing payback to start in about 27 mths from now, designed to allow breathing room and to payback once commercial production starts.

The Whitney zone is another big bonus most dont know about. It sits in the middle of Tahoes Whitney project and Tahoe has the green light to begin developing the area.

From the Gowest fact sheet

Gowest has recently begun preparations to investigate its newly acquired 100% interest in four patented claims totalling 64 hectares located in Whitney Township near Timmins, Ontario. Lying outside of the Company’s NTGP area, these claims adjoin the north and northwest boundary of the Hallnor property and lie approximately one kilometre northwest of the Hallnor Gold Mine. The Hallnor Gold Mine was among the richest in the Timmins camp, with grading of 0.41 ounces of gold per ton for 4.2 million tons, and was notable in that production of 1.7 million ounces of gold came from an area enclosed within under 65 hectares. These newest claims are contiguous with five patented claims (80 hectares) already owned by Gowest in Whitney Township. Timmins ON is about as good as it gets for getting value from a jurisdiction

My sources tell me this could be worth $25M to Tahoe, as undoubtedly they will have to knock on Gowests door.

Another high value no red flag pic coming.
