I hate to tell you this has nothing to do with the 10k.... You may have more in common with the market makers than you think..... If they believe this stock is worth $10 they will push this down as far as they can to get you thinking $.80 is the Norm..... Then they can work this back up until they own all of your shares at $2.00 (because you got scared). They make an immediate $8.00 on your shares. What happened to know what you own?
