I think it is more of a matter that he is already "all in" on taking over the ORRV shell, instead of going public via a Form 10 or S-1 registration filing for the same amount of money by now.
He could have started fresh and clean without all these entanglements and webs of deceit being thrown around.
Why didn't he choose the simple, and legitimate, route?
That is the real question.
It isn't like McCusker doesn't read the boards and is unaware of these same critiques.
I suppose the easy route is to attempt to shoot the piano player, instead of listening to the reality being played.
