So if a merger or fins come. it might make its way back on up a few hundred % or even .10 range maybe, it was .20s so its not totally out of the question with a good merger. I hope he got this stock in a deal. It looks like it. Need to check court docs. if he made a deal for it then he got a control block from insiders most likely.
DOLV let their filings lapse on April 1st 2017, stop sign was put back on OTC Alternative reporting, then on April 6th they announced the reverse merger has been completed with that HUGE established Technology Company out of China owned by a Billionaire with the latest and greatest Electric Volt Car Batteries and Electric Cars and PRed. However due to the stop sign back on most brokerages would not let people buy shares. Money flow is good 1-2 million a day. The stock popped to as high as 5 cents and should continue moving up all month and more as more information is released. It should get particularly good end of this month of April.
DOLV just filed their 10K and Attorney Letter today 4/7/2017. This should be removed Tuesday at the latest with even more money flow.
They also offered warrents to their employees at a price of 10 cents and 15 cents, with the 10 cent expiration price in July 2017 so they expect this to move up once the assets of this business are filed (expected within 14 days). So odds are this will be much higher than the warrants estimates of 10 to 15 cents. Trading at 3.3 cents right now its a good bet on Monday especially if there is a pull back in the morning.
Also there is a potential 100,000 EV car order from a China (uber equivalent) company worth about $4 billion wanting DOLVs Battery technology and EV car technology. If this happens it will really move up fast into the dollars. Keep it on your watch list.
