817 board marks have all been duped. The only interest left is folks like me looking forward to the walk of shame and names of promoters revealed before heading off to prison for fraud. 800+ are angry at Little Johnny and Dick Hed for either falling for this POS scam and losing anywhere from a few dollars to some serious coin. The other 17 are praying to make some of their money back with a slight bump. Sadly though, there will NEVER be enough saps buying the 120+ million shares to get themselves out of this fraud. Nice try.

and that came about because *volume* has successively decreased each year
since P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013

even tho' at the same time .. PTOI's pps was *relentlessly compressed*
2013 started with PTOI's last *illegally orchestrated RUN* which was
stopped out @ 1.49 .. 5.1.2013 saw *depo gate* done to break 50c decisively
9.30.13 .. saw the first of the current CEO's multiple $million$ infused
and a 35c pps .. EOY 2013 .. saw 35c reset to 10c .. which would be then
reset to 6c in early Jan 2014 .. and so it would go

spot the obvious ... ;) // btw that 1.49 below was Jan 2013
as noted above .. CEs' last illegally manipulated RUN UP on PTOI
(4 years and counting) .. cause cycles of money tend to be executed
far more CONsistently (as in every 6 to 9 months) when CEs' control outcomes .. ;)

and why *documentation* is reviled by NON RETAIL (NRs) is because it
refutes in total selective memories .. ;)

edit .. i should note the 19c noted below ..
was done in the summer of 2014 (almost 3 years ago) when NR almost lost
20c .. based on P2O being issued multi year permits out of NYSDEC ..

which of course
wasn't articulated by P2O's CEO .. rather posted by an actual P2O investor
