R/S won't even matter, they may have to R/S to be in NASDAQ, this is anyways on the OTC market price.

but I think the other way. Shorts are sitting on this and lots of bears here creating panic around. once this reverses and some PR, this will trade easily over 2 dollars.

reward could be much higher here.
