i don't invest in sub-penny stocks but what I've learned is in most cases, managements say a lot of stuff under the protection of "forward looking statements" but after the fact, it's pretty obvious they knew it was all fake.
IMO the traders who make money off penny stocks are the ones who understand the businesses are mostly doomed to failure, and they are trading off of share structure & momentum.
