In one of his video's he talked about when he saw what MCW had he knew he wanted to be a part of it.
Aleksandr Blyumkin, Co-Founder and Chairman of MCW Energy Group. I don't know who the other co founder is but I don't believe it is Dr. Bailey. I think Blyumkin is the deep pockets that has kept them going with these loans which are paid back with shares.

HI. If you are interested try to look for a company named Nevtah Capital Management Corporation I think that is where the invention came from. I am not sure the company excist anymore but they once had a plant which could extrac oil from oil sand. Good Luck!
