Don't believe it for a second. Why would it matter what CCGI's internal schedule/dynamics are? The companies must first agree to a settlement. The schedule and timing of monetary exchanges can be outlined in the final terms of the settlement.

What if they came to a settlement agreement 3 months ago, 6 months ago? People think they would wait because of CCGI having to finish a filing or financial report? That's illogical.
