I totally agree! There are 10 BILLION shares to be sold via convertible bond conversions in less than a year (and many more if the stock price dips below $.001) - those are not optional sales - those "investors" WILL sell - it's their business. That SWAMPS the slightly less than billion shares currently outstanding and the approximately 50MM shares that trade per day. Unless there is a catalyst to create than 10B shares of demand above $.001, there is no reason for the selling pressure NOT to bring the price down below this initiating death spiral acceleration.
