He's is very pro precedent. He always follows precedent in his rulings and now that he is on a federal bench he will follow federal law until it is brought in front of him to change the laws. At that point he will rule in favor of rescheduling the drug. That is all he can do. So right now it's not good for mj. But once mj comes up to meet to discuss the dilemma he will be in favor of rescheduling it. It is an inaccurate classification that he will argue to change. I also think that he will be one to say the Supreme Court should visit the issue and not dismiss it like the SC has continued to do.

I like these leafly write ups because they're usually unbiased and best. This one sums up everything that can be found out there, that I see anyway.

He did rule against a dispensary in a case a couple years ago but went on to point the conundrum between state and federal laws, especially the tax hang ups. So I guess that can be taken as what it is. Could be good or bad, maybe good.
