#359 RE: joper #356

Joper and all, Brokers have their own Risk Management Divisions that comprise Articles to protect the Brokerage and their clients. With an SEC suspended stock each Brokerage realizes the severity of such an action, that the SEC does not suspend ANY stock unless there is overwhelming evidence of Securities Violations and likely fraud.

With that in mind Brokers are typically reluctant to permit their clients to place themselves at further financial risk by buying more shares or from opening a new position.

Brokers cannot deny any client their right to sell their shares but they can and often do prevent their clients from buying any shares. Therein is the problem for shareholders of an SEC suspended stock, ie., shareholders can sell but there are few buyers with Broker restrictions on buying, exacerbated by the extremely negative reactions to an SEC suspended stock where few people would even want to buy shares unless those shares are at fire-sale prices.

There are issues with locate and delivery of shares being bought and sold between Brokerages so that factor is another reason why Brokers are reluctant to allow their clients to buy shares. Notwithstanding, a Broker may allow one client buying shares from another client desiring to sell shares because the locate and delivery can happen in-house between clients.

The above is applicable to stocks that are suspended under QUESTIONS about adequacy and adequacy of information.

For educational purposes, IMMG was not suspended for Financials delinquencies where the SEC Admin Law Judge moves quickly to revoke the stock's registration whereby all shareholders would be wiped out instantly. So, IMMG shareholders are not (yet) at risk of IMMG's registration being revoked. **** If the SEC posts an Administrative Proceeding against Immage Biotherapeutics Corp. the stock would then be at grave risk of their registration being revoked....but that has NOT (yet) happened.

Contact your Broker when trading resumes on the Grey Market. If a client wants to buy shares ask the Broker what their position is. If a client desires to sell shares ask the Broker to locate any buy orders that match your desired sell price. **** A sell price should be realistic and at a severe discount to the last closing price prior to the SEC Suspension.

Best of luck.
