I'd be skeptical without looking at their data. More reliable industry experts do not see an intercept point in system memory technology over the current visible horizon. Of course, the dream of any startup is to have that technology that can revolutionize the industry. Intel is also researching polymer memory, so it's no surprise that AMD invested in Coatue so they wouldn't be left behind.

Faster than system memory? I doubt it. If it's cheap, though, it might replace desktop hard drives ...
