ceased operations nearly 4 years ago...Now they are unable to file because no auditor will touch this dreck and the prior dope fiend junior accountant must be back in jail?
Oh yeah, they'll do a road show! Despite Dick Hed doing nothing but liquidate and Bullshit the last 4 years. That makes as much sense as always! ;D
