Authorized means nothing, they're not issued yet. What they issue the shares for should be of interest to everyone IMO. If they just issue & dilute to raise capital that's a big fat negative flag... however, if they actually issue shares for a good reason, to add something / to increase the company's value that's a whole different ball game. It would work out to be very good. Time will tell which way that's going to go. We will see exactly how on the ball McCusker's is.
