2.) They mention also a potential reverse split which will very likely happen. A new company doesn´t want to start with 1,3b o/s. Anyone who thinks reverse split will not happen, must be very naive.
3.) The whole agreement can be terminated by April 31, you buy into a LOI, it´s not even closed! I wonder why they added this sentence. They could wait until April 31 to release it.
4.) Government warning. The government of Colombia which is similar to the SEC issued already a warning about this business. Not difficult to predict what will happen here. This happened in December 2016 and was the beginning of the end. They don´t warn if the business is legit.
Over 3000 google hits! Reverse split risk, risk that agreement gets terminated, dilution risk, risk that stock cannot hold the value which you created in just 1 1/2 hours of trading. Pyramid schemes don´t grow, they are done when they are known and to top it, SEC halt very likely. Sounds like good risk/reward. lol
