How absurd is that!! Like someone is going to margin $2.50 a share on a stock selling for 0.016. Let's do the math, to short $5000 worth of this stock one needs to margin over $300,000. In what Universe does that make sense?? Typical spin in penny world for a declining PPS is to blame shorts.
Pretty much the only folks short on a penny are the mm's and they cover exactly when, where and how they want. Today was folks (probably even groups of folks) trying to pry loose shares in order to have a pocket full when news comes.
The financing Premier entered into is as good as one could hope for, penny or not.
And I think the financing is going to be used to further the cancer research. They don't need millions to make cbd patches.
It's great news and the pps will prove it very soon.
