That may be a pet dream of some people, but if you can explain the physics of how an alternate memory can beat the price, performance, and density of decades worth of DRAM experience in the short term (and not 10-20 years out when it's too hard to make smaller CMOS transistors on silicon), then I'd be interested in what you have to say. Otherwise, keep dreaming.
