Why would there be

Only 12% of all outstanding turned at 200%to 350%
Why only 12% (probably less because some shares turn 5 times )

And this isn't triggering the other holders to sell.
I know because the float is locked and is going to be for the foreseeable future .

Someone is owning it all already and isn't planning to sell.
So it has to come from the ones who bought in today .

What if they where already thinking about holding.

This could run to $0.1 on only 50 million shares or less.

it would be very difficult to see DOLV do anything but trend up with todays news.

I don't think so. After the pr, it went to .034 instantly. And profittakers hit it all the way to .047 with buyers as well! The quick rocket to .03 proves the float was gone before the news hit!
