UCLE traded up to the .40's just a couple months ago. So plenty of upside on this one. Hoping the 10K filing next week reveals a good Q4. If so, I'll be buying whatever is available below .20. Not many stocks at this price with the potential to post quarterly earnings of .02+/share.
