Volume comes and goes from time to time. BWMG is an extreme buy at these levels, IMO. Numerous consecutive profitable quarters, limited debt, etc.

Pretty simple, volume-wise. There is a big offer at .17 and smart buyers are waiting for him to get impatient and sell or for news to be good enough to warrant stepping up. The seller bought a bunch very low and now wants to cash in. Which he can do by selling to the bids. If not, he waits, thus low volume.
