I keep wondering what Gary Gooding's role in the decision to sell Lipangue was all about. Was he just a stupid person (a dummy Director - see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil and do no due diligence) pleased to be on the Board or was he a co-partner, part of the master plan hatched by Mr. Letts to set up Medinah in a deal that Medinah couldn't win at?
