feels like an acquisition strategy..the warrants go on sale soon..allow you to buy nspr for 2.00 a share..LOL..they will need a negative value..maybe some one is after nspr..but they have the cash to market their product..they need to do some hard selling in an elite market..appear to be doing so aggressively..who knows..i thought whats .80 a share..
