Based on a conversation with Kevin a while back, he was waiting for Vowler to contribute to the tap-house. He didn't really explain how, but sounded frustrated Vowler had not done his part.

For some unknown reason Kevin Serrano and Jim Vowler will not give us an answer as to the "changed" relationship between the two companies. Something has changed, but what. Does anyone know?
