All I can say is this is legit. Just do some simple dd and look at the partners involved on this already, within the hottest region for Oil for 2017. Look further and there is tremendous work under way to get this project off the ground. In fact, this has been in development for approximately a year. The team has only released PRs because it reached a place where financing was not a question. With the land locked up, access to water and electricity it's just a matter of filling in the remaining pieces with the right partners. This is a green light. The mayor even confirmed the plans!
A lot of people are getting taking advantage here by bashers. I guess that comes with the territory of being on the OTC. Live and learn I guess. Just keep a level head and be smart.
