Richard Bove is a daytrader. I would not put to much concern on what he says. One day he is super bullish and the next day he is super bearish. You never know which side he sits on. Probably on the side that makes his day to day profit. GLTA.

I ask with all seriousness as the price of homes has gone up and up again and loans tend to be at 80%

why would we now have problems with loans?
