What happened to:

To our Shareholders; We are in the process of auditing our March 2016 year-end financials to become compliant with OTC Market. Although as a voluntary SEC filer, we are not required to have audited financials, OTC Markets requires such. The audit should be completed by the end March.

This was on March 6th...
