IMO: Cel-Sci *could* cease to exist immediately after 5/30/17.
*IF* inventiv loses & Cel-SCi wins , but doesn't exist; where does the money go ??
IMO: It is in the best interest of shareholders to fight the 5/30 annual meeting and delay it to late July which is when the last annual took place
Like it or not ;we are partners, your shares trade at the same price as mine.
A R/S is NOT FACT & IMO can be beaten down. Perhaps by a completed ARB . prior to late July.
