Its a lot but the basics to this from my own research and experience is that the higher the bid volume (not price) the more interest in the stock. So youll have people trying to buy in on the bid and not on the ask to try and get cheap shares. In this case its in the billions.

But when the ask is higher than the bid in terms of volume then there less want for the stock which means the stock goes down or will more than likely go down.

For KGET we have over a billions shares that people want at .0001. They can get in if there isnt high enough selling but because there isnt that much selling bids dont get filled and they will have to buy in on the ask. If all those people on the bid who are truly interested in buying, buys on the ask the stock flys up.
