These things take time it's a major event for all parties concerned and the Chinese have their own way of doing things. My guess is Americans like progress immediately other cultures are more deliberate. Think the wait will be well worth it. Anyone selling will have their shares gobbled up at this point. We saw how easy LBRG moved from historical highs to .09. Surprising we aren't at .10 even before the official signing. Good to accumulate here or chase it later.
