.. obviously religion and cultural practice has and does sanction child abuse in countries still .. noted, you strayed mightily from the topic, i'm not sure why unless you have Islamophobic tendency, too, not saying you have as i don't know .. leaving that aside i'm assuming in your "when judgments are filed in favor of the victims' families and religious assets are encumbered" you are thinking of court action in the USA, or in another country as Australia, though i'm not aware of any suggestion of such systemic abuse in Muslim institutions in our countries as has existed in Christian institutions .. a link would be appreciated if you are suggesting Islam in advanced western countries has as much shame to carry as Christianity inarguably does.
