Factual Response:

Since November numbers of 345,000 in generated revenue in only 30 days, the number of of licenses issued in Oregon has doubled from 455 to over 800 and the weekly sales have jumped from 1 million to 7 million, all of which have to be tested. At the same time the number of accredited labs have NOT changed and remain at 19. Of those 19, SGBY has four. Of those four, one is located in Jackson County, the largest producer/cultivator in the state IMHO.

A reasonable and prudent person should be able to recognize that SGBY's revenue is ever increasing and the CEO's lack of communication is a clear sign something wonderful is in the works IMHO........

As a public company the CEO has a fiduciary responsible to shareholders.

Since non of the BOD/preferred shareholders have sold a share, what ever is behind the door is going to effect them as well as the common shareholder.

I for one am enjoying this ride..........

Nobody cares about your position. Just tired of the same old whining day after day. We are all waiting for the earnings and some update. Nobody is pumping here at all other than stating the reasons they are still here. Like a marriage you should just divorce and move on instead of being miserable day after day. I along with others have been told the timeliness issues lie within the auditors. I believe it to be true and thus patiently waiting.

PS Did not you say months ago on the Triangle that there was much bigger and better financed testing labs in Ca. There are ways to invest in these private testing labs. Do yourself a favor and look into these better opportunities. Why have you not exploited these opportunities that you so eloquently displayed your knowledge firsthand. Remember?
