Talking about a reverse split with this company has NEVER been a scare tactic. The exact same accusation was made last time then BOOM. A 1:100 reverse split occurred.
Now almost all the 3 billion authorized shares have been squandered again and more are needed. Most are expecting a 1:1000 reverse split this time to get the share price back to a dime.
We all know a company cannot survive without shares to issue. Dealing with this difficult situation is not a scare tactic. It is a reality we should all deal with, we should not try to hide or minimize that possibility and we should fully understand that it is highly likely to occur.
