This is my last post of the day, so I'll try to respond to your issues. I never said that EAPH would dilute more (though they probably will if they want to sell more stock and stay in "business.") or RS again anytime soon. According to their financials, they don't have cash on hand (no earnings after all these years) to buy IBliss or anything else. No pot patches in Jamaica or California, NOTHING. Not without dilution. This bullshit has been going on for years. As for the RS, that comes after the dilution when they feel the need to jack up the PPS again for whatever reason, maybe to get off the pinks if they ever start making money in some way other than selling stock.
In any case, it all starts with an audit, and EAPH's mighty shy about showing their books. Might as well get used to it. It's a pattern. Not only in that they're not doing it, but that they're still talking about doing it and then still not doing it. There are better companies than EAPH to invest in.
