Then please close your position and leave us alone. Tired of the same unfounded claims of nefarious actions by CEO. SGBY, in less than 6months (like four months really) bought 5 labs!!! These labs were privately owned before. Do you really think it is that freaking easy to draw up the fins after 5 acquisitions?!?!?. We are late because of our labs, and our Contracted CFO couldn't keep up. He was booted and we hired on one maybe two others to fix the issue. That's it. Case closed. No deciet, no lies, no swindling.
