While I agree with you, it could just be that the auditor told him it would be ready yesterday, only to require more documentation etc afterwards, delaying it another day or two. At this point it's hard to say who is at fault for the delay. It may very well be the auditors delay. I wish he'd be more transparent on twitter though. They certainly can be more professional about it.
