Are you not aware of their past history of dilution and that 1-for-3000 RS? If not, I'd suggest you read some filings, go dig up some DD. How do you reckon there came to be almost a billion shares outstanding, even after that big reverse split? Dilution, baby. Bigtime dilution. Right now they have a couple of billion shares authorized that they can issue and dump anytime they want. Don't be surprised when they do it.
