Question to all: why is TXHE listed on the breakout board? It traded 440M shares and couldn't breakout of a wet paper bag. Still sitting at 3. Seems that being on the breakout board would constitute a price breakout from low to substantial new highs. I think only way that comes to be is if CEO releases some great PR news. That too seems as though the CEO doesn't want to breakout with any news. LOL
