I have a feeling that the price per share will keep getting lower. The reason is SYN has no money to finance either phase 3 trials they want to run and simply can't find a partner. It appears the only option for SYN is to issue more shares in order to gain funds to simply stay in business and that will plummet the value of the shares even more.

Time will tell.
