In other words - let's idiot proof it here

There are two lawsuits.

1- ABHI is a named defendant for the PATENT case. This is their patent and it was stolen from them in rececirsjip. Read the damn court case. The patent was secured "surreptitiously" by PC drivers headquarters - the same company that was using the patent.

Yesterday - the judge ruled in favor of $ABHI- giving them the patent and ordering them to pay for the past due amounts for the patent for the filings and all related neccessary forms (on 4/20/17- is next meeting to discuss the exact payments)

THIS VICTORY for $ABHI means that they are the true owners of the PATENT as always. They got it back from the receivership and they now just have to pay the outstanding bills do on that patent.

2- the second lawsuit involves money owed by PC drivers headquarters to ABHI - for usage of the patent and software and for 18 months and then for infringement.
