This is a necessary and mandatory step in the proof of ownership of the patent and it's now hereby determined that $ABHI is the patent owner and must pay the monetary portion to secure the patent. This also now sets in motion the settlement as set forth and laid out in the motions.
The other court case document stipulates thar once this patent ownership is secured -- that $10mil be awarded to Ambicom for monetary proceeds due from failure to pay for services rendered. There is no doubt that $ABHI will now win the second portion of the case "the judgement " once being deemed the proper owners of the patent.
So to fix my prior post a bit-- this victory is court was a necessary and mandatory victory for $ABHI - and sets the framework for what will happen now with the other case that should bring substantial revenues by way of settlement.
