Not sure how they can yet think it's improbable that they would at this point. UPLD is NASDAQ listed, has institutional support, and $18 PT. Think the bigger game plan here is to wrap up all these assets under UPLD, build the company, and sell it off to a bigger suitor.

TBD on how this will play out. Would love some updates and to see this all finalized. Soon, we hope.
