it is called full disclosure(the fd rule)-ie. information has to be released simultaneously to all investors(no more institutional only conference calls for example)-already acting like a reporting company which is both encouraging and professional

I asked a question earlier this morning about that with zero response from the board.
My question was - - would the Investor Relations personell CHAD/CHIP be considered "INSIDERS" ??
Can someone please answer that for me?
Also if Chad was Chip, can he, as IR, still trade the mountains of shares he had, given the PRs would be written/reviewed by him, before being released to the public, giving ample time to respond accordingly to trade his stock.

CorvetteMark: IMO this board may have caused SLJB to pull back a bit on unofficial communications/chats/phone conversations. It seems a number of freeky folks have been twitching around on this board. They have wierded me out and may have burned SLJB and its team out as well. At this point, I'm ok with waiting for audited financials in mid-Sept. What is new is that public statements should be filtered through the PR/IR firm now and that is a good thing. I am tempted to go from 75K shares to 100K if the price pulls back to the mid-.05's; otherwise, I'm holding. I see this now as a Vista play for whatever they have in mind. The future prospects couldn't be more interesting/exciting. Tom

Not suprising. Most here want to make a $100,000 on a $500 investment within a week and become annoyed it does not happen.
