According to the Letter of Intent, the parties have sixty (60) days to complete the contemplated merger. Perspective Technologies must, according to the Letter of Intent, work with NanoSensors, Inc. to provide current public information through the OTC Pink Marketplace and obtain the necessary regulatory approvals for the merger.
