If the have 7.5 million shares now at .025. That's 180k for prformance up to this point with 22.5 million shares to come. Seems like Caro will make out like a bandit if the share price goes up. Will make 750k if they sell everything at .025.
They should have kept the horse behind the cart and bought a clean shell with 90 percent ownership for the cost of a Tesla S. Instead of thinking they would fast track to the big boards will 850 million share count. I think they have found a wall interested in how they get around it.
