I do not believe we're that far behind at all.
Most of your points have been taken care long time ago.
When the decision to merge with AFN was taken all these matters had already
been considered and problems totally solved especially regarding the integration part.
They would have not embarked into this merger with so many lose ends trust me, we are
not in a quagmire as you make it sound, I don't believe that for a second.
