A few others I know of are buprenorphine, Demerol & methadone. Funny thing is I believe Fentanyl also falls into this category as a synthetic.

Fentanyl and bupe have much higher annual sales. I doubt Demerol because hardly anybody uses it any longer. It lowers seizure threshold, and it has potential interactions with common drugs that can cause QT prolongation (potential for cardiac arrest). Also, I assumed the anonymous PR was due to the contract with Ascend for methadone.
